Cash App complaint: Never received my money

My complaint:

I transferred money from cash app to my bank. I allowed the usual 1-3 business days to process excluding weekends and holidays. 6 days passed by and still no money! Both my debit card and bank account are open, so there’a no excuses. I called my bank to check if maybe it was in their end but there was nothing processing or pending. I contacted cash 3 times!!! And all 3 times I received their typical automated response with no real help. So now I’m short on money because cash app didn’t do its job and transfer my money.

Suggested solution:

Respond with real responses according to my email and transfer the money as requested by me.
