My complaint:

To whom they May concern, In the beginning of May 2020 I had my unemployment fund’s deposited in my cash app a couple days later my account was locked I’ve messaged cash app as well as Michigan unemployment agency with lil to none response a i filed a complaint with another company telling me this issue has been fixed well unfortunately this matter has not been fixed i finally get a response from cash app stating they sent my funds back to Michigan unemployment the problem is I spoke with an unemployment representative they told me they have not received these funds from cash app after cash app sent me a message stating they did so unemployment told me to contact cash app once again to see when the funds was sent back to them again causing me to message cash app again numerous times with zero response unemployment can not re issue these funds to me until they have received them from cash app just like others with covid-19 and being out of work it is hard to pay for everyday expenses nor be able to pay rent ect this situation has gone on for long enough now and needs to be handled thank you!

I need a message or letter stating the exact day my funds was sent to unemployment without this unemployment can not release my funds to me until they have received it from cash app i should've never been sent a letter saying the funds was sent to unemployment if they have not been sent!
