My complaint:

My account was hacked and money was taken out. I told cash app immediately, while it was still pending and they waited for it to clear and then told me that my dispute was denied because of the statement transaction went through. I didn’t authorize the transaction and I am out 500. Today I declined a request and they said it takes 14 to 20 business days for a refund?? I declined a request, what refund is that? So once again, I am without my money
