My complaint:
On 6/23/23 and 6/24/23 cash stole money from my account claiming they had a technical error in MARCH that caused the money from two transactions, both to Walmart, dated 3/29/23 and 4/6/23 not to be taken from my account. I have screenshots from their own app showing both these transactions listed as completed and paid on 3/29 and 4/6. I also have a ledger sent by a cash app supervisor showing the money was taken twice. I have contacted cash app multiple times and they are refusing to put my money back in my account, even after providing proof from their own system. I googled this issue and there are thousands and thousands of people fighting this same issue being told the same exact lie about two transactions from March at Walmart. This is wrong what they are doing to people and is straight up theft. THEY ARE STEALING MONEY. I would appreciate any help you can provide for I have exhausted all channels possible and have gotten nowhere. I’m not trying to be difficult I just want my money back stole, nothing more, nothing less. Thank you
