My complaint:
i sent my sister 500 dollars and she said she didn’t have that cash app anymore so 2 minutes later i canceled it but it never came back it sat in the air for three weeks before it disappeared. my bank have allowed me to file a complaint to no avail. september 6th is when i sent it now its going on 6 weeks and no response yet. that is 500 dollars not 5 dollars and i haven’t got an explanation yet. i dont think it is fair to just take my hard earned money and not be held accountable. i want to press charges..
Suggested solution:
give me my money back now plus interest. i had to come up with another 500 that i didn't have because i owed it to her. i have been lacking ever since because i had to borrow to replace the 500 they took from me. this is covid 19 season and nobody have the money for these companies to be taking our money like we just gonna sit here and say oh well, i guess I lost it. I want my money cash app
