My complaint:

Ive been speaking with cash app customer support for over a week regarding an issue with my account being deactivated. IVE DONE EXACTLY WHAT WAS TOLD OF ME TO DO IN THE PREVIOUS EMAILS THAT WAS SENT, THE ISSUE STILL HASNT BEEN RESOLVED.
I’ve attached screenshots of the steps i take, yet the representatives keep switching me to someone different but saying the same stuff. They shut my account down for no reason and kept $150 dollars of mine and won’t give it back. Even after I verified my information. They’re disregarding the fact that I need the money, that it’s not my money I’m being threatened if I can’t pay it back to who’s it is, they’re not mindful that this is a pandemic I can’t access the money that was given to me. They keep saying it’s not my account, even though I’m communicating with them from my email address that i have on file with them! They made me make a new account in order to contact them, but they still did nothing
