My complaint:

On Oct 02, 2020 my account was hacked. Started getting these strange codes to my phone upon checking cash app, my account was locked couldnt get into my account I had to make a whole new profile. My unemployment benefits is attached to the old account$BlingV12. I asked them to do an investigation but please send new card. New Account $VKJ12 I havent recieved the new card nor have I received my unemployment benefits to be transferred to new account I cant reach cash app by phone I’ve emailed them several times still havent gotten the new card this is so frustrating I have to ffed my family. I dont know how I can retrieve my money from cash app. Please help.

Cash app new to rethink how they do business and get live support, secondly they need to transfer my unemployment to new profile but I still havent gotten the new card or my benefits. I need to feed my children .this is ridiculous.
