My complaint:
I made 3 transactions on the 6th of march 1st was to add 100 to cash app the 2and was me accidently sent 100 back to the same card then instantly did another transaction to put it back on cash app. When I check my bank statement it only appears as 2 debits for 100 a piece and no credit at all, after seeing I call the lender and they have 0 credits from cash app from this date forward. Each time I go to the app get support they seem as though they are not taking time to read or investigate, nor can reply to email you have to start over each time and they say I just nee dnm to check my dep history it was credited it might say that but was not cant get any phone call or any resolution. We are 100 percent sure it did not get credited
Suggested solution:
They need to let me send them proof from my bank or take the time to go further than just the app and actually research something happened and my money is gone, ed both by the bank and my statement
