My complaint:
On 2421 my account was hacked and three withdrawals of over $3,000 was taken from my account. This was insurance proceeds from a fire that took everything I had. I’m homeless and I need that money to eat, be warm, try to replace stuff and get a room, etc. Cashapp has not returned the money, they haven’t even given me an update and it’s been over a month. The hackers had put an email in my account I had missed and they took another $100 a few days later and Cashapp already gave that money back. I don’t know why they haven’t done anything about the money that was stolen first.
Suggested solution:
They need to return the money that was stolen.
