My complaint:
In January 2021 my account was hacked. I filed a complaint and a police report and called the BETTER BUSINESS Bureau. Well after an investigation and numerous e-mails was informed on March 5 2021 that the account had been compromised so on March 8 2021 WAS told that they wouldn’t be REFUNDING my money but after complaining on a recorded line informed the gentleman I just wanted my money back and would take this to the news and any one else that would help me he came back on the phone to say he was transferring my case to someone else for more investigation. All I WANT IS MY MONEY RETURNED

SINCE MY INVESTIGATION HAS BEEN CLOSED RETURN MY MONEY BECAUSE IT IS NOTED THE ACCOUNT WAS COMPROMISED
