My complaint:
I made a cash out on Thursday the 14th of October….to my PayPal debit card in which I frequently do….this has never happened….the cash out says complete and I never received it and cash app is giving me the run around about finding it and paypal never received it….I need my money asap ….and its sad thst they don’t value customers at all….they keep lying and saying it will be resolved and everyday I call back…its the same lie…please help me..I’m a single mom…battling cancer..just had surgery and I need my money….
Suggested solution:
By depositing the cash out onto my debit card or back to my cash app...immediately
