My complaint:

have sent out numbers of emails. I am missing $177 and the merchant said cash app has it and that they know they have been having this issue. The merchant Food lion financial department contacted me and emailed their transaction history and it clearly said that cash app declined all the transactions when I was trying to get cash back on June 30th at 4:45p est and that it never processed but cash app system said it did..I did not receive the money but it disappeared from my account. I know the merchant Food Lion is correct that it never processed a cash back for $177 because I got declined error when trying to get the cash back saying declined both times but money was gone out my cash app bal… Food lion never received the funds to give me cash back that day. And the account manager that called from FoodLion said that she had 8 other people with this same issue that cash app is aware of and they should be resolving this problem ASAP. I just want my money because this has put my family in a tight spot because money these days is very tight and I don’t need this issue to stand in our way ..it’s like the money disappeared and they won’t take responsibility because food lion has given me documents to show they do not have the funds on hold if they did they wouldn’t have a problem giving me the funds….But they just never received anything from cash app but a decline by cash app twice. I also plan to write letter.. and it’s sad I gotta do this for my money that I work hard for…. they have done absolutely nothing..but one guy who said contact Food Lion but I already told him they don’t have it!!! I have been patient but it’s been 27 days and nothing I have emailed 12 times no response. I never did receive the $177 cash back never a authorization to merchant to give me on that day with but my money disappeared..

Return my money in my acct I sent y’all email of the merchant saying that the transaction never went that cash should return my money. That’s all I want..
