My complaint:
I sent in a refund of $400 on 11252020 to a friend and it didn’t go through. I can’t the amount not can the recipient, I never got any ation of it been refunded to the recipient and yet the money can not be found in both our accounts. This will be my 5th-6th complaint since that day. Where is the refund
Suggested solution:
I need the $400 to be sent to me or the recipient with a ation email and letter of the respected amount sent.
