My complaint:
Hi, my name is Victor Diaz
Date – 928
Time – between 10:30 pm and 11:30 pm
The Amount of – $1,309,87 was stolen from my cashapp account. After they stoled the money then the closed my account. My Cash app account was – Drpapiswing
Now i have a new account with my user name – Drpapiswing19
I am not sure how…. I just know they took that amount from my cash app on 9282020
the transaction was UNAUTHORIZED because I didn’t give my information out to no one !!!!!!!
I have my bank statements i will attach it down below.
I recently contacted cashapp via email about my situation…. they only responded back 2 times asking me questions. When i gave them all the information they asked of me… then after that they didn’t respond back.
Suggested solution:
I would like a response back ASAP.
I would like a refund of that money to be refunded back to me. I dont know if it can be refunded in my new cashapp account - drpapiswing19
If it can be refunded in that account. Please do so !
