My complaint:

I’ve received a 2,000 transfer to my cashapp from a bank a email called cash.square999@gmail.com says I have to pay a $100 fee to receive my money.

Suggested solution:

I need you’ll to look into the email that’s asking me for a fee. I shouldn’t pay one if the money transaction was sent from a business bank.
