Cash App complaint: Hacked account

My complaint:

I may 24 my account was unlinked and money stolen I contacted support with all Information they was able to retrieve my account and refund the money which took about a week on May 29 the very next day after getting my account back my access once again hacked unlinked and monthly taken I filed another complaint the same day it tools 3 days for them to respond I followed all the steps and two days later I get an email says they can not help me . I even went as far as researching and sending screen shots they never responded and would not answer my question as to why they couldn’t help. I will continue to send emails until they can resolve this issue and get my old account back and refund all the money that was taken

Suggested solution:

They need to revamp their support system for complaints, the only way you can file is if you logged in which does not good if your account has been unlinked so then you have to create a new account in order to file and make sure you list the old account that was hacked, they then tell you to delete the new one created and follow steps . This should not be so difficult. They need to update the privacy and make it harder for it be hacked I should not have been hacked twice in the same week
