Complaint: Funds stolen from my account by Cash App

My complaint:

on 1142021 at 6:28pm, I was refunded $300.00 back into my Cash App account because it was wrongly sent.. The bank was notified that the funds were refunded; however Cash App put a negative balance of $300.00 against me. Unfortunately, this caused a recent amount sent to me in the amount of $710.00 to reduce to $410.00, Cash App claimed that I did not contact my bank of receiving the $300.00 refunded by Jeanette Velez, so the $710.00 was reduced to $410.00 – $300.00 short.
I have filed 4 complaints with Cash App, only to be sent bogus updates of how they are trying to rectify the situation. Also, they keep telling me to contact me bank. I did call my bank yesterday – again, 2222021 only for them to say that this issue of funds missing is against Cash App not my bank.

Suggested solution:

They need to forward me the $300.00 difference that they took from my $710.00 deposit and the issue will be solved.
