My complaint:
I received a payment yesterday where I needed to await verification for the payment to go through, after filling in my personal details, Taking a picture of my id and doing a selfie. Still nothing today so I emailed and had no response at all and no my CashApp is showing zero activity, the awaiting funds verification has been deleted. I’ve contacted CashApp again about this and nothing.
My and the other party wants to know what’s happened with the transaction.
Suggested solution:
They need to contact me straight away and tell me what is going on. And IF once agin my account can not be verified I want to know what the problem is. This Is the 2nd time this has happened and I want answers.
