My complaint:
On FEBRUARY 24th I purchased ₿0.01034895 from Cashapp and wanted it transferred to another wallet (my fiancé’s ) for whatever reason which they refused to transfer it to his wallet or to disclose why still have not put it back in my account so I can move it to my own personal wallet, they have in effect stolen $501.01 from me; I have sent them several emails still nothing additional I am filing a complaint
Suggested solution:
I want either the Bitcoin replaced or the monetary equivalent.
