My complaint:

I have 2 original Cash App accounts and have transferred money every month for a couple of years. Suddenly one of the accounts was locked out. I have provided proof of who I was over 55 times now (not kidding). There is $2,400 of my own money being held hostage by Cash App since Jan 29, 2021. I mailed an inch thick packet to their headquarters in San Francisco to show all the comical emails and they received it on February 17, 2021 and I still have not heard from them. There is no way to talk to someone on the phone. I can provide proof of both accounts even to show them the banking information. I am behind on bills because they won’t help me and they only respond every 24 hours and they ask for the same information that I have supplied over and over again and their next email will be asking for the same information. I am some horrible running loop with this company. I can provide banking information between the 2 accounts as well to prove who I am.

Suggested solution:

I want my money back, all $2,400 of it, and I will be looking for emotional damages at this point because they refuse to help me and I don't think that a large company should be able to run over the little person like this.
