My complaint:
I sold a cell phone to a man in FL, he paid me through Cash App and they said I had to have a business acct and that the person needed to deposit another $500 to make it a business account. So the man in FL did just that. Then I Venmo him his $500 back.
Then Cash App said they had to make sure it was done.
now they are stating that I need to give them another $1500 because they made an error in the deposit to my account and it was bigger then what I was to get.
Suggested solution:
I want my $940 that I have coming to me.
