My complaint:
Out of the blue cash app, without explanation, closed my account with a balance in it. I have tried to cash out with a few different banks and debit cards but none of them will work. Customer service is non existent and I believe they are trying to keep my money.
Suggested solution:
They should let me have my money. Possibly offer an explanation for why my account was closed in the first place. Even some semblance of customer service would be nice
