My complaint:
Someone attempted to access my account through fraudulent means I contacted Cash App completes the questionnaire they sent me to start the investigation. I received and email saying that I had to submit identification and other items to prove my identity. A few hours later I received a text and a email saying that my identity had been verified and that I could continue using cash app. It has been a week today and my account is locked.
Suggested solution:
Unlock my account and let me transfer my money out of their system
