My complaint:
My debit card was compromised which lead to someone using my cash app to send themselves 228.00$ I filed with cash app a lengthy complaint and description of what happened. They replied 24 hours later stating that I had sent the money through a “known device” and refused to reimburse my money. I let my bank know cash app refused help so now I wait for the bank to hopefully believe I didn’t do this. I’m out $ and have bills over drafting!!! Cash app is not a recommended company for me here on out
Suggested solution:
They should understand how people’s cards can be compromised and make good on the refund of lost monies!!!
