My complaint:
There was a relative sending money, but it was returned supposedly by me, I’ve went to chase bank and ask why was the money returned, they stated it was a conflict with the email address stating that someone else was using the same email address.. when I’ve tried contacting cash app about the problem they kept sending me messages stating I was in violation of their standard. Never said what the violation was.
Suggested solution:
I’m trying to receive an cash app card without using a bank account, I run a small business of photography which most clients use cash app.
