My complaint:
I was talking to one your representative his name was John Wiiliams… he was telling me in order to get my money on to me debit card, I had to download QuickSupport n stay on there talk with him.. but I was talking with Mr.Williams, he wanted me to add amount of money to my cash app… and I was only looking to get me a new cash app card… and y’all wonder why people really don’t deal with y’all without a direct number… I need my money back on the card by the fifth

They could’ve just sent me my cash app card, the really didn’t have to take me money either
