My complaint:
I got a new phone and phone number and on my new phone after downloading cash app app it made a new account when I opened and used the app. So my friend sends me 900 dollars but to my old account. I no longer have access to this account or the email or phone number I used. It’s me in both account pictures same social same name. I sent them all the info they requested. I have received 10 emails from a different person each email asking me for the same info I already sent them. They keep passing me off and passing me offf. I feel they have no intention of paying me my money and it has caused me to become delinquent with a few bills.
Suggested solution:
They should refund my friend or merge my accounts.
