My complaint:
So twice now, 2 different people sent money to me via cashapp, 2 times now the Money is just GONE! There is NO way to contact support. So sad. Thank God it wasn’t a lot of money but damn it the money was MINE! Cool. I’ll just unlink my bank account from these crooks. I believe someone at cashapp is stealing money, not hackers. I will tell people NOT to use and I’m contacting the BBB Today
Suggested solution:
I just want support to look into why my damn money is gon and I want a refund of what's missing. But I'm sure the cashapp people won't do a damn thing.
