My complaint:
Someone hacked my account took money and unconnected my email and phone number. I have no way to contact cash app. Every means to contact them requires me to go through app and sign in. Well I can’t because phone and email have be unconnected. Same with going through website.
Suggested solution:
There has to be another way to contact them, a email address that is not connected through the app. I can’t access my account to send a email for support. Would like contact info
