My complaint:
My cash app name to start is $Shannaja . I got a room and the took 200 off my account . I went and got a letter from them saying they would refund me , The hotel indeed refunded me . The payment came I spent the money , then cash app takes my earned money of 200 out of my account. I contacted them for days no responses then final someone from cash app support says on 9142020 that it was just a credit which it wasn’t we all know it wasn’t . But they took the my money claiming they gave me a credit which they never did that was the refund owed to me , so now I’m out of 400 and they just not responding back to me at all LIKE AT ALL they know they stole my money . I even went back to the room and said that they never sent my refund and again they gave me some proof that they did . So it wasn’t a credit it was my money and cash app just stole it
Suggested solution:
I really feel they should send my $400 dollars back immediately I’m a honest faithful user and have been using them since they started off . People aren’t the only one scamming through cash app with unemployment cash app is scamming too and that’s not cool I have kids and thing that need to be done the holidays are right around the corner and there’s no way that after 3 months the room still wouldn’t have sent my refund. I really just want my money back contacting them hasn’t worked at all .THEY NEED A phone number someone can call no way they should have over 7million users with no way to contact a live person
