My complaint:

On 11-8- 2020, Purchased 50.00 worth of Bitcoin, that cannot use, because need a wallet and account has to be enabled for withdrawals, it’s not functioning, and emails sent says a card has been mailed out, nothing is being done to fix to enable account, with no response from Cash App, tried to call without any answer.

Either refund or enable account for wallet, and withdrawals.
