My complaint:
Cash app just out of no where sent me a email saying my account is closed because of violating terms that they would not reveal, and then said I needed to connect a card to get my remaining 100 dollars off of the app , well I’ve tried over 4 different cards and my bank account and they all answered my saying card not supported or failed but these are the same accounts and cards I have used with them before.
Suggested solution:
They need to refund my money or stop holding them and release my funds
They did me the same way and they stop answering my emails on face book and on two different email address
Man this is insane I can’t fathom the idea of them just being able to do this for no explanation and then to be so rude and just act as if they don’t see your emails I will never deal with cash app again nor would I recommend it for anyone I wish there was some legal action that could be done
