My complaint:
I have tried time and time again for months to access my old account. I have given them everything they have asked for and still say they can’t get in because of security reasons. Like how??? I know everything on that account. There’s money sitting in my old account $KassandraRonnei that I need to access to. My mom has been in the hospital so this is the least they can do.
Suggested solution:
By giving me access to my old account. The only thing that has changed is the number on the account and that’s the reason why I can’t get in.
