My complaint:

I called to see if my husbands card had been mailed.. He had me go through my ohone doing different things and when he asked me for my debit card number and i ask why? He told me to suck his dick. I told him i was going to file a complaint he hung up. Then a supervisor by the name John called me and apologized to me and we did the same thing with my phone and once again when he asked for my card number and i asked why.. He said suck my dick. I will b telling all my friends that use this card about this and i will be posting it on FaceBook. I have never in my life had this happen.And mind u he had me put my phone on speaker to do this and when he said this my 3yr old and 16yr old children where in the room and heard him say that.Here are the numbers that this happened on..
