Complaint: Cash app refuses to refund me my own money

My complaint:

I sent a $40.00 payment to the wrong person. I have no way to contact that person to ask them to return the money. I called cash app and after a very long and frustrating conversation that was not getting resolved. I requested a supervisor. His name was John Miller ext 502 id CH1002. He stated i need to attach a card with a minimum of 200.00 on it so they could verify my account!!! All i wanted was my money refunded back into my cash app account. So the refused to reverse the transaction i made on july 14,2020.

Suggested solution:

I asked them to return my $40.00 back into my account or i will contact my attorney that i have on retainer and sue for illegal activities within their company.
He also stated that my 40.00 dollars was stuck in their server and needed my credit card to release the 40.00 back into my acct.
