My complaint:
My account was hacked. Some disabled my number from cashapp and rested my pin..when I got the notification I went into my cashapp and had to hit forget pin to get a code sent to my email. By the time I did all that and was able to get back in my cashapp they took my money. I contacted cashapp and they started a one day investigation just to tell me I cant get my money back.
Suggested solution:
First they need a legit number with real people. Second they need to update their security. It's sad that Hackers can hack a system and take people money and cashapp does nothing about it. I'm starting to think Cashapp is the one taking people money.
