My complaint:
My money was stolen from my account, 1000$ to be exact. They way it happened was someone hacked into my wife’s account who then funneled money from my bank account because my bank was connected to my wife’s account. My wife tried contacting cashapp explaining the situation and was denied ANY help even though the hackers had stolen 200$ from her as well.
Suggested solution:
I want MY money back. It’s already disrespectful and bad business for you to not offer any help to my wife and not help her get back her 200$ from thieves online but I will NOT tolerate MY money that I rightfully earned being stolen by lowlifes. I never agreed for my money being taken out of my account on the 13th of January. If this isn’t resolved in a timely manner and I do not get my refund, I will be filing a lawsuit against cash app. You’re supposed to help people, not be against them and support people who steal.
