My complaint:
I’ve had my benefits direct deposited onto my cash app card. I withdrew money from the atm that I owed someone that doesn’t use the app. I then tried the next day to withdraw the rest of her money. But my card was declined stating that I’d reached my daily limit when i had not used my card at all that day. Now my account is locked with all my money locked on it. There’s no way to contact anyone and I’ve seen tweets and post of people saying once their accounts were unlocked that their money was also missing.
Suggested solution:
They need to have a number that you can call for customer support.
