My complaint:
I have a pending deposit through Unemployment that I was expected to receive today and it says that it’s supposed to post answer me but it is pending. It says to look through your activity to figure out the steps to stop it from pending but there is no button or option to click on. I’m hoping that it takes a few days and or less 2 to post into my account. It’s only been one day but I’m just worried because a few people online said they lost their deposits from unemployment from it being pending for so long and I do not want to have the same experience. I did contact support and received an email from them saying things about the IRS in the stimulus but I had a unemployment benefit payment and it seems like a computer message I emailed them around 9 p.m. today just trying to see if I can figure out how to resolve it. Hopefully by tomorrow something changes for the better but at this time my money is still pending that I’ve been waiting for a for a few months now.
Suggested solution:
I would like them to release my payment from my unemployment benefits. I would like some form of contact so I can figure out why it's pending so I can have my funds released.
