My complaint:
Hello, on Dec 9th, someone created a fake social media page claiming to be a well known notable seller which I had purchased from in the past. $500 was sent for a product (hair extensions) and I never received the product. The impersonatorscammer immediately blocked me from the social media platform and I have requested a refund through my bank and cashapp and they both have denied me.
Suggested solution:
Please have them give me $500 back
