My complaint:
Decided to give Carvana a try bought a Toyota Highlander from them that was to be delivered on May 3rd then at last moment was delayed delivery until May 11th then Hi, Richie. We’re so excited to see you on Wednesday, May 11th at 10:30 AM CST for your delivery of your Toyota Highlander! Hi Richie, your Toyota Highlander experienced a transportation delay. We sincerely apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience. Ok so my manager is wanting me to reschedule you for uncontrollable internal lights blinking and a strange clicking sound. so what I’m doing is I’m going to push you for may 17 @10:30 as a place holder. So they can take a look at it and figure out what’s wrong. And this was at 9:30 it was supposed to be delivered at 10:30. I’ve had insurance for over two weeks for nothing this is a complete joke of a business and should be shut down immediately
Suggested solution:
Realize you have no idea what your doing,no customer service skills nor desire to actually please the customer. Also may want to actually inspect vehicles instead of just saying you do. And in your email you stated it was your detail teams fault wow what a piece of work you are
