My complaint:
Ordered a vehicle on Feb 16 for delivery on March 3, delayed to March 5, delayed to March 7, delayed to March 9, when they finally admitted to me that they looked at the vehicle and there was a problem with the wiring harness and it had to go to a GM dealership. Delivery scheduled for March 21. Customer service people, while nice enough, are of no help and trying to get a manager or someone higher up to speak to was almost impossible. After all is said and done and I leave them a bad review, then they want to contact me to help me. Now I’m having issues with the warranty company (SilverRock) because it is not as indicated on the Carvana web page.
Suggested solution:
Be honest with customers about the vehicles and the delivery. They kept telling me they were having logistical problems. That means they did not plan accordingly.
