My complaint:
I purchased a car with Carvana on March 26,2022. The vehicle passed the 150 point inspection which included transmission and components checks. After owning the vehicle for less than 100 days and like clockwork just after the mileage warranty they give, my transmission froze up and now it’s going to cost me $6k to have it fixed!
Suggested solution:
They should pay the repair shop to have it fixed, reimburse me or allow me to trade it back as is for a new vehicle!
