My complaint:

My husband and I signed contracts to order a vehicle and a couple days later received a text saying the car was available again. So we checked the link for the car we ordered and somebody had already began purchasing it after we had already signed the contracts to purchase it. It took over 24 hours to get a response from carvana and we were then told that the verification items weren’t submitted in time. We never received any emails or info in the carvana account that we needed to submit anything else and communicated this to carvana. Another 12 hours passed before someone responded and said they also don’t know what verification items were supposed to be submitted and all they could offer was sorry we didn’t want you to have this experience. Somebody on their end seriously dropped the ball and they’re not owning up to it or attempting to rectify the situation at all. Both my husband and I now have unnecessary hard pulls on our credit and also without the car we attempted to purchase.

Suggested solution:

We purchased the car first and signed the contracts so the purchase that occurred afterwards should be void.
