Carvana complaint: Purchased a Vehicle with a Non-Disclosed Paint Issue and Carvana is of No Help!!!

My complaint:

I purchased a GMC Sierra truck from Carvana and just until recently I noticed a company logo imprinted in the paint! We never saw it before because you have to see it in a certain light and a certain angle. I sent picture of the logo to the agent on 9/18/23. I would have never bought the vehicle if I had seen this on the pictures or when I picked up the vehicle but again, it’s not easy to see. I spoke to a representative by the name of Sienna on 9/18/23 and she claimed to have created an escalation ticket to have someone call me and I still have not received a call. I called 9/24/23 and the representative was of absolutely no help and when I asked to speak to a Manager he said I couldn’t but he would request that someone call me back in 24-48 hours. Knowing I would not get a call back, I had a chat with a separate agent on 9/24/23 and that agent basically said there is nothing they could do because cosmetic issues need to be resolved within a 7 day period. I asked that agent how could I report something I didn’t know was there and repeated that the logos can only be seen in a certain light and angle and I had not seen the issue until recently?! The agent provided no assistance and when I asked to speak to a Manager, the agent said chat agents do not have the ability to escalate to a Manager. Awful Customer Service!!!
