My complaint:
I purchased my vehicle in March and have still not received my registration yet. I called and received numerous different reasons as to why including them sending me a check. I then received texts and remind directly after the most call stating my registration would be mailed to me. I even called and ed that as well. Now after the allotted time I call to ask for a tracking number and hear my registration was never mailed, and I have to now go get it at my DMV taking off work to do that. This has become not only a risk for me and my family with no yo yo date temporary tag and numerous different incorrect information fed to me by Carvana customer service reps.
Suggested solution:
They need to provide me with more than the check they sent along with my registration.
