My complaint:

I bought a Fiat 2013 abarth. Was supposed to deliver in two days. 7 day delay because the car did not pass drive cycle in time. But I was going to get it on day 7. Between 5-7 pm. At 6:15 pm I get message. Delay another 7 days because of transport trouble to Las Vegas. The car was supposed to already be in Las Vegas. I’ve been spending a lot of money on Ubers waiting for this car. When I try to contact my carvana associate they don’t respond. I’m disgusted. I wanted that car and trusted it would at least be delivered.

Suggested solution:

Get me the car I want now. Or equivalent for paid price. I did everything I was supposed to on my end. I know I'm paying more than book for the car and was ok with that because of credit and what was supposed to be ease of delivery. I should t have to wait anymore
