My complaint:
On hold for hours, asked for callbacks, never received them actual questions to verify my identity are not correct unable to purchase a car would not let me speak to anyone above the person I was talking to, but not let me talk to a manager of any kind
Suggested solution:
Find another way to verify me because I have no idea where any of that stuff came from I know who I am and what I’ve done in my past as far as purchasing houses, cars, etc. I answered every question correctly
