My complaint:

I am complaining due to the fact that I received a text message this morning ing my 1030 appointment to receive my car for tomorrow two minutes after I receive that ation text message I received another ation text message informing me that my delivery date has now been delayed for another week I called the operator and the operator informed me that it was on your part as to why my delivery is delayed due to the fact that you guys have been delayed in sending the title to the DMV they should not have been sent to the customer the day before the expected delivery date

People make plans around the date that they selected a date that you gave as an option. Very disappointed in the way this was handled and if i wasn’t desperate for a car i would never be doing business with a company like this.
