My complaint:
Unbenownst to me the burden of getting my car inspected was put on me. Carvana claims there is a unique emissions inspection process in Texas, and did not accept the standard state inspection which includes emissions as well as safety. I have talked to multiple state inspection sites and the DMV and they all ed there is only one inspection type and one form. I have sent endless hours trying to resolve this and have talked to 5 different people who did not solve the issue.
Suggested solution:
Fix their broken process for Texas registrations and let me speak to someone in a position of authority to get this resolved. The buying process was smooth but the registration process has been an abject disaster. They also damaged the car in transit although they are taking care of the repairs, although another hassle
